With over 40 years of experience, I have performed, taught, and mentored countless musicians. My passion for bass playing has led me to record, compose, and produce music that resonates with people

Writing has been my way to inspire others to live abundantly. My books focus on personal growth, spirituality, and the power of self-care.

🥋 Martial Arts & Meditation

I train at Aikido Seisho Kan Dojo as a student, learning discipline, focus, and mindfulness. While I’m still learning, I strongly support the martial arts community and its values.​
